I teach private Kundalini Yoga sessions at a studio in South Pasadena.
Classes are one hour and include warm-up exercises, a Kriya (set of yoga exercises), a brief relaxation and some form of meditation. There are thousands of different kriyas, and hundreds of different meditations, so each class will be tailored to your individual needs. Beginners are welcome, this yoga is for all levels.
